The David Fritz Golf Academy is seeking a Head Instructor for its operation at Bruce’s Mill Conservation Park. Bruce’s Mill is a large conservation park in Stouffville, Ontario with many amenities and activities. It also offers a large practice facility.

Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee all instructional programs
  • Promote instructional programs on site
  • Manage all bookings and registrations through online system
  • Manage daily academy set up and take down
Qualifications
  • PGA of Canada Member an asset
  • Outgoing and energetic personality
  • Ability to coach golfers of all levels including young juniors
  • Reliable and dependable, committed to growing the overall business
Compensation
  • 60% of private lesson revenue
  • $40/hr for clinics
  • $900/wk for camps
  • Annual Coaching/Club Sales Performance Bonus
