Christine Wong grew up in Richmond, British Columbia where she was taught to play golf by her father at 8 years old. Through her experience in junior camps, she grew to become very competitive as the lone female and began competing at the age of 10. She competed in her first BC Junior Girls Provincial Championship in 2001. Soon after, her love of the game grew as she competed in numerous junior golf events and earned her place on Team BC representing British Columbia at National and International Events. She was also the 2-time Champion of the BC High School Provincial Championships. In addition, her success in junior golf earned her a full-ride scholarship at San Diego State University and a spot on the Canadian National Women’s Golf Team in 2009. Between 2009 - 2013 representing the San Diego State Aztecs, Christine earned titles as a 4-time Individual NCAA Champion, NCAA Golfer of the Month, Mountain West Conference Freshman of the Year and Scholar-Athlete Honours.

As a member of the Team Canada National Women's Team, she was a 2-time Champion of the BC Women's Amateur, Champion of the USGA Sectional Qualifier of the 2010 US Women's Open - where she finished 2nd low amateur at the US Women's Open in 2010 at Oakmont Country Club, Pacific Northwest Golf Association Player of the Year, 7th at the Women's World Amateur Championships and the Sport BC Junior Female Athlete of the Year in 2011.

Her professional golf accomplishments include titles as Women's Champion of the Vancouver Open in 2019, Champion of the 2020 PGA of BC Women’s Championship, 2021 Glencoe Women’s Invitational, 2021 Vancouver Women’s Open Champion, 2021 PGA of Canada Women’s Champion of Canada, 2022 BC Women’S Open and most recently 2022 Vancouver Women’s Open Champion.

In addition, Christine is TPI Level 1 Certified.
