Chris Card, a 26-year veteran of the club & resort industry who has led properties around the globe, is currently President & Executive Director of two esteemed country club and real estate entities.

Card’s award-winning ability to ignite and inspire teams to perform and excel at high levels is second to none.  He’ll share insights from close to three decades of experience in the golf club, resort and real estate industry as well as lessons learned and best practices on what it takes to create your own “Plus 1”.

Card has utilized his strategic and operational expertise to enhance the overall performance of the clubs he currently manages as well as properties he has led worldwide - from across the United States to the United Kingdom and the Middle East.  His ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining a clear perspective of goals, objectives and sound fiscal practices has never been more evident than in his present day post where he is leading the current transformations at both New Seabury and Grand Harbor.

Prior to assuming his current role which he began in 2017, Card spent almost 15 years in a variety of senior leadership positions within Troon where he managed a mix of large scale resorts and private membership clubs, most recently as General Manager & COO of BallenIsles Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens, FL from 2015 - 2017. He also led multiple clubs as the Group General Manager from 2012 - 2015 at Abu Dhabi Golf Club and Saadiyat Beach Golf Club in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.  Prior to that Card served as the Golf Club General Manager & Director of Golf at Turnberry Resort in Scotland from 2009 - 2012, which was highlighted when he hosted the 2009 Open Championship and the 2012 Senior Open Championship.
