Nathane Jackson - Bio

Nathane is a strength and conditioning coach, personal trainer and nutritionist. His coaching career began back in 2000 after graduating from the University of Windsor where he co-captained his men’s basketball team.

Since then he’s helped countless people avoid the common mistakes that often lead to frustration, burn-out, and feelings of helplessness. His approach offers a more effective long-term plan than the usual:  
●    Exhausting hours in the gym
●    Excessive cardio sessions
●    Cookie cutter programs
●    A diet full of boiled chicken breast, steamed broccoli and dry brown rice, and
●    Expensive supplements

As a Titleist Performance Institute certified fitness professional, he is dedicated to bringing greater awareness to the benefits that strength training and mobility have on one’s golf game. His specialized fitness, nutrition and recovery programs help golfers from all over the world avoid injury, boost confidence and improve overall performance both on and off the course.

He understands how your body, and all its joints, are supposed to move. There is no amount of beating balls on the range, clubs purchased off the internet, or golf lessons that can change how your body functions. The only way to be able to get into good golf swing positions and make lasting change is to actually work on your body.
