- Job Summary
- The Pulpit Club is seeking an enthusiastic and responsible Junior Golf Camp Instructor to join our summer coaching team. This position is ideal for an individual passionate about golf, junior development, and delivering high-quality instruction in a premier golf environment. While the primary focus of the role is Junior Golf Camp Instructor, outside of Camp weeks, the prospective applicant would be employed in the Outside Service Team, or the Golf Shop Team depending on skillset.
- Responsibilities

- Assist our PGA Professionals in the delivery of daily Junior Golf Camp programming
- Teach fundamental golf skills, rules, and course etiquette
- Lead drills, games, and on-course activities
- Supervise campers to ensure a safe, positive, and inclusive environment
- Set up, organize, and maintain teaching and camp equipment
- Communicate effectively with parents, campers, and fellow staff
- Represent The Pulpit Club with professionalism and hospitality
- Support Outside Operations and Golf Shop staff as required to deliver exceptional member and guest experiences during shoulder season when not assisting with Junior Camp
- Maintain carts, practice facilities, and staging areas to private club standards of excellence
- Coordinate closely with golf shop staff and outside operations to ensure seamless daily play
- Qualifications

- Enjoys working with and mentoring junior golfers
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varying summer conditions
- Previous coaching, camp, or leadership experience is an asset
- PGA of Ontario Apprentice or student status (PGM) is an asset but not required
- Compensation

- $30.00/hour when coaching Junior Golf Camp (6 weeks)
- $19.00/hour when working Outside Services or in the Golf Shop
