Assistant Golf Professional

Meadowbrook Golf Club is a private club established in 1960. We have a very active membership of 450+ that enjoy our Championship course that can stretch to over 7000 yards. We have a busy practice facility and short course that has the potential for extra lesson revenue. Meadowbrook has hosted many prestigious tournaments in the past, 1990 Canadian Tour Players Championship and the 2006 & 2007 Toronto Star Women’s Amateur. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team for the upcoming season.

Responsibilities

Provide first class service for our members and guests
Oversee the Ladies Program (Ladies Day, Weekend Events, Clinics)
Assist with other Member Events (Men’s, Juniors, Mixed, & Corporate)
Take a lead role in the junior program (Clinics & Camps)
Open/close the golf shop

Qualifications

PGA of Canada Member in good standing or Apprentice Professional
Strong customer service standards
Friendly attitude toward all members, guests and staff
Excellent communication skills
Experience with tournament organization a plus
Knowledge of Jonas and Golf Genius an asset

Compensation

$675-$750 commensurate with experience
