Muskoka Lakes Golf & C.C. is one of the premier private facilities in the Muskoka region of Ontario. We are currently accepting applications for a full-time, seasonal Assistant Professional for the 2023 season. Muskoka Lakes is an 18 –hole, par 70 golf course designed in 1920 by Stanley Thompson, and is a Club that fosters friendships and strong traditions as a multi-generation family Club. - Job Summary

- Providing excellent customer service to members and guests
- Supervising a staff of approximately 15 during peak season
- Playing golf with membership
- Day to day pro shop operations including tee time reservations, merchandising, members’ financial transactions, point of sale
- Responsibilities

- Qualifications

- Apprentice PGA of Canada Member in good standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills
- High level of commitment
- Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Willingness to learn all facets of the golf industry
- Basic club repair skills
- Private Club experience preferred, but not required
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Compensation
- $850 gross per week (can be negotiated), and 95% of lesson revenue
