Nobleton Lakes is a Semi-Private 27-Hole golf club with over 200 members. Public play is welcome along with outside Corporate events.

Job Summary
Reporting to the Director of Golf, the Assistant Professional will play an instrumental role in leading the successful and efficient operation of our golf department. The successful candidate will be personable, professional, possess excellent communication skills, and will be customer focused with first-hand experience in delivering exceptional service.
Responsibilities
  • Assist Director of Golf and Head Golf Professional as required and perform other duties and special projects as assigned
  • Lead by example; presenting highest standard of professionalism for our team of golf professionals and supporting golf services staff to follow
  • Assist in organization and execution of golf activities including, but not limited to, events/tournaments, Men’s & Ladies leagues, lesson programs, and the tee-time reservation system
  • Merchandise sales and product knowledge
  • Guide and supervise Golf Operations and make sure daily tasks are completed
  • Manage tee-sheet throughout daily operations with detail to pace of play and organization of groups.
  • Tactfully enforce and maintain club policies
Qualifications
  • Member in good standing with the PGA of Canada
  • Leadership, desire and capability
  • Ability to thrive, and succeed in a team environment
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Team player who wants to be involved in all aspects of Golf Operations
  • Highly organized, efficient, and detail oriented
  • Problem solving ability and focused on continually improving the customer experience
  • Retail sales experience and proficiency with Tee-On, Smart Golf software are assets
Compensation
Salary of $1000 weekly based on a 5-day work week.
