- Job Summary
- The Assistant Professional will be assisting our Golf Operations team in all aspects while maintaining exceptional leadership and customer service levels. As a senior member of our Golf Services team, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting overseeing daily operations and supporting all services staff.
- Responsibilities
-
Responsibilities will include and are not limited to:
- Assist and oversee daily supervision of Golf Operational staff
- Scheduling of Outsider Services staff
- Assisting in managing the daily tee sheet, reservations and small group bookings
- Operating the POS system and processing customer transactions
- Providing exceptional customer service to all golfers/visitors
- Assist in overseeing the retail operation
- Assist in overseeing leagues and member events
- Providing golf instruction as required as well as assisting in the execution of junior camps and clinics
- Provide support and leadership for all golf operational staff
- Qualifications

- Preferably a PGA of Canada member in good standing
- Graduate or enrolled in University/College PGM Program
- Flexible to work weekdays and holidays in season
- Previous merchandising experience is an asset
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Able to work seamlessly as part of a team
- Knowledge of Lightspeed and Golf Genius is an asset
- Compensation

- $800-900 weekly based on experience
