- Job Summary
- Cedar Brae Golf Club is seeking the services of a year round Assistant/Apprentice Golf Professional for the upcoming season. The successful candidate will have a positive, professional attitude and be focused on delivering a high level member and guest experience on a daily basis.
- Responsibilities
-
The successful candidate responsibilities will include the following:
- Assist with the day-to-day operation of the pro shop
- Assist with all leagues, Ladies', Junior, and Men's Day
- Assist with event coordination
- Assist with the management of the outside service operation
- Assist with inventory control
- Work closely with the outside service team to provide a high level member experience
- Play golf with members on a regular basis
- Qualifications

The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
- Ability to work with a forward thinking team in a fast paced environment
- Contribute to the daily management of the golf operations team
- Have a passion for the merchandising aspect of the industry
- Jonas POS experience is an asset
- Proven track record in coaching and club fitting
- Experience with TrackMan is beneficial
- Experience with Tournament and league software is an asset (Golf Genius, Smart Golf).
- Compensation

- Salary range is $44,200 to $46,800
- Compensation is negotiable based upon experience
- Lesson revenue is 90%
