eQuinelle Golf Club is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused PGA of Canada Associate or Assistant Golf Professional to join our golf operations team. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated golf professional to develop their career in a dynamic and growing golf environment while contributing to an exceptional member and guest experience.
The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of golf operations, instruction, tournament administration, merchandising, and member services while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and hospitality.
- Responsibilities

Golf Operations
- Assist with the daily operation of the golf shop and practice facilities.
- Coordinate and manage tee time bookings and player services.
- Provide outstanding customer service to members, guests, and tournament participants.
- Ensure efficient pace-of-play management and on-course player assistance.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures.
Instruction & Player Development
- Deliver private and group golf instruction.
- Support junior golf programs, clinics, camps, and member development initiatives.
- Promote player development programs and coaching services.
- Assist with club fitting and equipment consultations.
Tournament & Event Management
- Assist in the planning, administration, and execution of tournaments, leagues, and special events.
- Prepare scorecards, pairings, cart signs, and event materials.
- Manage scoring and results using tournament software.
Retail & Merchandising
- Assist with golf shop merchandising and inventory control.
- Promote and sell merchandise, equipment, and services.
- Maintain attractive retail displays and professional shop presentation.
Member & Guest Relations
- Build positive relationships with members and guests.
- Address inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
- Support member engagement initiatives and club activities.
- Qualifications

- PGA of Canada Apprentice Professional, Associate Professional, or Class "A" Professional in good standing.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of golf operations and tournament administration.
- Experience with point-of-sale and tee sheet management systems is considered an asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
- Compensation
- $45,000 starting salary (commensurate with experience)
