With three golf courses all ranked in SCOREGolf’s Top 100 Courses in Canada, Osprey Valley features an unparalleled golf experience. Our Golf Operations team contributes to the daily golf business and operations. The ideal candidate will bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and the desire to work alongside others to deliver a great experience for all guests.

- Responsibilities

- Assist in day to day golf operations, which include tee time reservations, merchandising, and point of sales transactions.
- Assist in inventory management.
- Assist in the purchase of golf shop merchandise and equipment.
- Organize golf events.
- Provide golf instruction and clinics.
- Supervise outside services and on course pace of play.
- Qualifications

- PGA of Canada member in good standing.
- Possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to work on own and in a team dynamic.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service, professional advice, and assistance to all customers.
- A desire to learn and advance in the golf industry and PGA of Canada.
- Experience in leading and motivating a team or department.
- Compensation
- $50,000 to $60,000
