The David Fritz Golf Academy is seeking a Head Instructor for its operation at Bathurst Glen Golf Course, Richmond Hill, Ontario. Over the past eight years the academy has grown to having over 700 active participants a year through its private lessons, clinic and camp programs. The successful candidate will be part of a growing platform and earn significant income at a facility with a proven track record. The Head Instructor will lead all private, group and camp programs.

- Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee all instructional programs
- Promote instructional programs on site
- Manage all bookings and registrations through online system
- Manage daily academy set up and take down
- Qualifications

- PGA of Canada Member an asset
- Outgoing and energetic personality
- Ability to coach golfers of all levels including young juniors
- Reliable and dependable, committed to growing the overall business
- Compensation

- 60% of private lesson revenue
- $40/hr for clinics
- $900/wk for camps
- Annual Coaching/Club Sales Performance Bonus
