- Responsibilities

- Execution of day-to-day golf operations
- Organize and promote all club events, including member, league play, corporate and charity tournaments
- Support policies and procedures through organizing efforts with all Golf Operations staff
- Assist with inventory controls and managing merchandise purchase transactions, and organization of display and storage areas
- Manage Pro Shop staff, including scheduling responsibilities
- Facilitate coordination of and adequate communication with back shop staff
- Exhibit extraordinary customer service
- Listen to and resolve complaints
- Qualifications

- PGA of Canada member in good standing
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Capacity to work well within a team
- Elevated standards of leadership
- Highly responsible and reliable
