Responsibilities
  • Create an atmosphere that is inviting to both Member and Guest
  • Utilize the colours and clothing lines to create exciting new looks and “tell the Bigwin story”
  • Provide customer service through knowledge of clothing and accessory lines
  • Be a key part of the team that will work together in this unique and exciting environment Provide the highest level of customer service on an on-going basis in a professional and friendly manner
  • Maintain all displays and ensure the colour stories are correct
  • Assist with general tidiness and ensure all clothing is neatly folded and displayed
  • Design and create signage for sales and promotions
  • Ensure mannequin presentations are changed on a regular basis 
  • Bring new and exciting merchandising ideas to the operation
  • Learn, understand and operate Jonas POS and tee time operation
  • Liaise with the Professional Staff in organizing all Club Events
  • Maintain a clean, organized Professional Shop
  • Maintain soft goods (apparel) inventory and provide reports to Director of Golf
  • All other duties that may be assigned
Qualifications
  • Able to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of high-end customer service
  • High level of sound and independent judgment, reasoning, and discretion
  • Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude is essential
  • Superior time management skills, multitasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision
  • Superior telephone manners and strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal skills to communicate will all levels of the Membership and Executive team
  • Hands on experience with productivity applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, email clients, and presentation software
