StretchLab Named Official Stretching Partner of the PGA of Ontario

Markham, ON – The PGA of Ontario is proud to announce a new partnership with StretchLab, welcoming the global leader in assisted stretching as the Official Stretching Partner of the PGA of Ontario.

As part of this agreement, StretchLab will have an active presence at numerous PGA of Ontario events, offering complimentary 15-minute pre- and post-round stretches to participants.

In addition, StretchLab will enhance events with exclusive offers for event winners, along with engaging on-site activations such as KP challenges and participant draws for those who experience their services. A team of highly trained “Flexologists” will be on-site at select events for the duration of the day, ensuring PGA of Ontario professionals are primed, recovered, and golf-ready.

We are excited to welcome StretchLab to their first PGA of Ontario event on Monday, September 22 at the Women’s Championship at Ladies’ Golf Club of Toronto, where participants will have the opportunity to enjoy a complimentary stretch and connect with StretchLab Aurora/Newmarket owner, Adam Bernatt.

All PGA of Ontario professionals will benefit from exclusive offers through this new partnership, including 10% off all monthly plans for the lifetime of their StretchLab membership and up to 50% off introductory stretches at any participating StretchLab location.

Members can claim their offers through a custom PGA of Ontario x StretchLab microsite, selecting their preferred location and being registered directly into that studio’s system as a PGA of Ontario member.

"We are thrilled to welcome StretchLab as a partner of the PGA of Ontario. Their focus on health and performance complements the work and lifestyle of our members, and we look forward to introducing more PGA Professionals to the benefits of their services through this new partnership."

– Melanie van der Hoop, Executive Director, PGA of Ontario

“As a golfer, I first came to StretchLab to improve my game,” said Michael Moniz, PGA of Canada Head Golf Professional at Maple Downs Golf & Country Club, and past president of the PGA of Ontario. “What surprised me most was how much it improved my overall well-being — I simply feel better every day, even getting out of bed in the morning. On the course, the difference is clear too: I recover faster and feel better after every round.”

Founded in 2015, StretchLab is the global leader in assisted stretching, created to help people through customized flexibility services. Operating in Canada since 2022, StretchLab offers science-backed one-on-one assisted stretching services designed to improve mobility, flexibility, and overall movement for all Canadians across a broad range of age and fitness levels. StretchLab’s full-body stretch services loosen tight muscles, help prevent injury, reduce aches and pains, and improve quality of life. StretchLab's highly trained "Flexologists" hold a certificate in assisted stretching, accredited by the Institute for Credentialing Excellence, following extensive training both in the classroom and on the job.

In Canada, all StretchLab locations are locally owned and operated, with six locations operating in the Greater Toronto Area, with additional locations in Vancouver, Langley, Winnipeg and Calgary. Additional StretchLabs are scheduled to open across the country in 2026 and beyond.

This partnership looks to the future with a vision of helping PGA of Ontario members take advantage of StretchLab’s services to not only improve their golf game but also enhance their overall health.
