2025 PGA of Ontario Award Nomination

The PGA of Ontario Award Program recognizes outstanding members for their achievements throughout the season and their career, as well as for their contributions to the Association and their impact on the game of Golf.

Eligible nominations are considered by the PGA of Ontario Awards Committee, who narrow the field to a list of finalists and vote to determine our eventual recipients. All provincial awards are announced at the Year-End Celebration on TBD.

PGA of Ontario award recipients are automatically put forward for a National Award through the PGA of Canada Award Program.

Should you wish to nominate more than one member, please note one nomination per form.

Before submitting your nomination, please review the Award Criteria and Eligibility.
Deadline to submit a nomination: August 24, 2025
PGA of Ontario members will receive 5 (five) Professional Recognition Points (PRP) for submitting a nomination
If you have been nominated, the deadline to submit your completed award package is: September 7, 2025
