Golf has been my life's passion and my career for more than 35 years. As a Class A Professional and having served as a General Manager, Director of Golf, Head Golf Professional, and Director of Instruction, I have built my career around creating exceptional golf experiences, developing strong teams, and successfully managing every aspect of golf operations. I began my professional journey at age 17, when I became the youngest member in the history of the PGA of Canada. Since then, I have worked at highly regarded resorts, exclusive private, semi-private, and public facilities, giving me a broad perspective on what makes a golf operation successful. My experience includes financial management, golf operations, tournament sales and management, coaching, club fitting, turf maintenance, outside and caddie services, purchasing, food and beverage management, employee development, and member relations. As a coach and mentor, I take particular pride in helping people develop and perform at their best, and deliver outstanding service.
