The golf industry is truly all I have ever known. I started playing when I was 8 years old at Freedom Oaks Golf Club near where I grew up. At the age of 10 I was offered a job at the course washing carts and performing general maintenance.
I always wanted to pursue a career in golf which lead me to the Professional Golf Management Program at Niagara College. I graduated in 2017 and played in to the CPGA that summer.
I have a variety of experience from the jobs I have had over the years; from helping to coordinate some of the biggest corporate events as a Lead Event Coordinator for Ace Tournament Services, to the high end customer service provided to the members at Cherry Hill Club as an Assistant Professional.
I am currently the Associate Golf Professional at Legends On The Niagara. It is a 45-hole facility with one of the largest driving ranges in all of Canada. We can have upwards of 800+ golfers on the property per day. With this being such a busy public golf course it makes time management and organization skills key for things to run smoothly. We also have a Taylormade Performance Centre that I am in charge of for the club fittings we offer.
I feel blessed I am in the position to talk, teach and be around golf for a living.
