Jake's career in the golf industry started in 2012, when he joined the team at RiverBend Golf Community as a backshop attendant. He quickly realized his passion for the industry, and worked his way to Pro Shop Attendant. After graduating University, he started full-time as a Lead Pro Shop Shop Associate in 2018. In 2019 Jake turned professional, and currently has a big role in the golf operation at RiverBend. In 2021, Jake took on the role of South Western Ontario Representative for the AoT Network. He is passionate about continuing to grow the game, and being apart of the next generation of successful professionals in the industry.

Before turning professional in 2019, He attended the University of Waterloo, studying Recreation and Sport Business. During that time he played on the varsity golf team for 5 seasons. Jake was a part of 3 OUA Championship teams and won 3 individual events. As a member of the PGA, Jake continues to play in both individual and team events each season, making sure to take the time to practice and maintain a high level of golf.
