About

I’ve grown up playing multiple sports my whole life and seriously got into golf at age 26 and played my first tournament at 30, turned professional at 40. My background is in human kinetics kinesiology through UBC and the knowledge of how the muscles in the body and how it affects the swing has great affected my ability to understand the swing and coach it through fitness and biomechanics of the golf swing. I love playing and competing and can be as feel based or as technical based as you want to be when learning the golf swing. Starting later has forced me to understand the whys and hows of the golf swing through education and trial and error which helps me help the student how to learn the motion. I go through a thorough TPI fitness assessment as well as a golf swing/ playing assessment in order to start a practice plan for the student
