Over my 42 years in the golf industry, I have been a proud member of the PGA of Canada for 34 years with various roles from Assistant Golf Professional to General Manager/ Owner with the driven pursuit of growing the game. I have had the pleasure of working in the industry as Zone Executive Director, National Board Member; Chair Various Committees for the PGA of Canada (Marketing, Business Development; Future Links, Insurance & Member Services) Golf Coach, Master ClubFitter, Golf Consultant, & Industry Golf Sales Representative ; but my deepest passion is to grow the game and industry that has given me so much.

I have had the pleasure of mentoring 57 PGA professional into the industry and have pleasure of working with over 10,000 students through golf instruction and now currently club fitting as the Master Fitter for TaylorMade Golf Canada. This passion for golf develop continues today with still an active golf instructional portfolio but has lead to local and national recognition as PGA of Canada National Junior Leader and Assistant Coach at the World University Games.

Why I want to serve the PGA of Canada members as the National Board Member.

I am lucky to be in close contact daily not only with Alberta Professionals but my current role with TaylorMade Golf and past Board Roles serving our Association I understand the importance to capture the enthusiam the golf industry is enjoying today!
To echo the PGA of Canada Strategic Plan my focus and key deliverables are as follows:
1 MEMBERSHIP DEVELOPMENT GROWTH: I want to focus on expanding membership numbers by growing more golf industry career pathways.
2. ORGANZIATIONAL STRUCTURE: As a former Zone Executive Director, I would ensure that every member experiences unique exceptional service no matter where they work in Canada; it is important that each member feels valuable and unique and part of the Canada golf family.
3. BRAND AWARENESS: Elevate the PGA of Canada Brand in the eyes of the public.

My past alliances with major sponsorship of major sporting events ( Tim Hortons Brier, World Junior, Pan Am Games & PGA Tour) my goal is to pull together these relationships to build programing and revenue streams that ensure those three deliverables.
