Landing a new position is a relief, but it also brings a new set of questions and uncertainties. In this workshop you become prepared for what comes next, understand what an offer letter is and how to read it, how, when and what to negotiate, and strategies to make a great first impression in your new role. It’s time to get what you’re worth!

Ideal for professionals preparing for new opportunities and learning to confidently navigate the next step in their career.

Learning Outcomes

In this workshop participants will: 

• Discover the offer letter, what it includes and how to pick up the key components
• Understand what can be negotiated as part of the offer letter
• Explore strategies and tips to negotiate effectively

• Open to ALL PGA of Canada members in good standing
• Sessions will be held on Zoom - link will be emailed upon registration
• PGA of Ontario members will earn (3) PRP points per session attended
• Sessions are complimentary
