PGA of Ontario Annouces New Regional Chapters

PGA of Ontario Annouces New Regional Chapters

Dear PGA of Ontario Members,

In an ongoing effort to provide you with information, resources and outlets to chat to fellow members during this difficult time, the PGA of Ontario is pleased to introduce you to our regional chapters and volunteer Chapter Leads.

These seven regional Chapter Leads are responsible for connecting our members from end to end of the PGA of Ontario Zone. They have open lines of communication with our PGA of Ontario staff, and they are here to support YOU, our membership, by discussing challenges, concerns, best practices, as well as new and creative ideas to support us in navigating this ever-changing world we live in.

We encourage you to contact the Chapter Lead responsible for your area as these outstanding volunteers will be conducting meetings with local PGA Professionals and providing a platform to connect, network, and engage each other to help us through these uncertain times.

All Chapter Meetings will be announced on the PGA of Ontario website under the PGA Community Connection page. We will do our best to record all meetings and post recordings of these calls to our website in case members may be unable to attend.

We encourage you to check the PGA Community Connection page frequently for new meetings and relevant resources as we will continue to update it on a daily basis.

Let's use this time positively to take advantage of opportunities to connect, share, and support one-another in these times of uncertainty. We sincerely hope that these Chapters serve as a support system to bind our PGA Community together. They will continue their activities of support and communication long after this COVID-19 pandemic is through.

If you are interested in participating in these regional Zoom meetings, please contact your Chapter Lead and let them know to include you in the invitation. Our Chapter meetings begin as soon as this Thursday with Chris Near and his Muskoka Chapter!

Thank you to all seven of these professionals who have stepped up to the plate. We appreciate your efforts to bring our Zone together and look forward to working with you to build this network.
