BREAKOUT SESSIONS
Our morning circuit is comprised of three breakout sessions which will allow attendees the opportunity to learn from a dynamic array of experts, while experiencing the various spaces available to us at TPC Toronto. Attendees will be split into predetermined groups and will circulate through these breakout sessions for the duration of the morning.
Session 1: Hands-On Wedge Fitting session with Matt Bryce, Titleist Golf Club Fitting Manager
Matt Goodman will introduce the all new SM11 Vokey wedges, with Matt Bryce leading an engaging session showcasing the Vokey Wedge Fitting App. A live fitting with a participant, a success story from a golf professional, and guidance on app access will ensure you leave with practical knowledge to enhance your member fitting experience and knowledge.
Session 2: Built to Win: Financial Confidence for Every Stage of Your Career with Cody Miller, Financial Advisor at Capital Wealth Management
A successful career in the golf industry is built over time and shaped by thoughtful decisions both on and off the course. Built to Win is a focused breakout session created specifically for PGA of Ontario Professionals, offering practical insight into building and maintaining financial confidence throughout the different stages of a professional career. During this session, participants will explore strategies for making informed long-term financial decisions that will grow your wealth, protect your most important assets, and create a legacy for the next generation. The discussion is straightforward, relevant, and free of unnecessary complexity, with an emphasis on clarity and real-world application. Whether early in your career, in peak earning years, or planning for retirement, this session is designed to support confident decision-making and long-term financial stability beyond the day-to-day demands of the profession.
Session 3: The Leadership Advantage Behind Exceptional Member Experiences with Troy Treleaven, Owner and Managing Partner at Dale Carnegie Business Group
What truly separates great clubs from good ones isn’t facilities or programming — it’s how leaders shape the member experience through their people.
In this interactive breakout, Dale Carnegie will introduce a practical leadership framework used by high-performing clubs to elevate hospitality, engage seasonal teams, and deliver a consistently exceptional member experience.
Participants will:
• Learn the 5 Hospitality Leadership Accelerators that drive consistency and loyalty
• Practice a simple leadership tool to coach, reset, and elevate performance in real club situations
• Walk away with immediate actions they can apply at their club the same week
Designed for PGA Professionals who want to turn everyday leadership into a real competitive advantage — on the floor, on the tee, and across the entire member journey.
