The PGA of Canada is very pleased to announce that Brooke Henderson, the winningest professional golfer in Canadian history, will have her name attached to a new PGA of Canada National Award; the ‘Brooke Henderson Female Player of the Year Award’. 

The National Junior Golf Development Centre (NJGDC) initiative was established to recognize facilities that offer a first-class experience for children aged 5-18.

Maggie was the wife of 43-year PGA of Canada member Bob Beauchemin. Bob was the commissioner of the Canadian Tour (now PGA Tour Americas) from 1985 to 1997 and helped elevate the Tour from pro-am events to recognized full-field 72-hole events across Canada. He’s now the Head Teaching Professional at Oakdale Golf and CC.
