Parsons – who perhaps is more well-known as the person who has spearheaded the Corey Conners Fan Club from Listowel, a small town about two hours from Toronto and the home of the PGA TOUR star – is one of many PGA of Canada professionals who take to cooking as a passion, a hobby, and a relaxing way to put a bow on a long day at the golf course. 

Growing up in Hong Kong, Stephanie Lam’s uncle was the first to bring her clubs.  A junior set of Wilsons with steel shafts. He took Lam to the range – a makeshift spot to hit balls that was actually inside a soccer stadium – almost every week. They’d hit balls under the lights.

Glenn Cundari, as a former President of the PGA of Canada and current Technical Director, has seen some pretty darn golf golfers in his time. But his effort over the last five years as the head coach of the Special Olympics golf team for Canada has perhaps been the most rewarding time of his life.
