The PGA of Ontario Remembers Class "A" Life Professional - Orest Spooner (1936-2022) We are saddened to hear of the passing of PGA of Ontario, Class "A" Life Professional - Mr. Orest Spooner.

For the first time since 2019, we are excited to bring our members from coast-to-coast a full slate of workshops as part of the National Coaching Certification Program.

Tim Wilson quickly acclimated himself to his surroundings in his first year teaching at Shaughnessy Golf & Country Club, in fact, he was able to increase lesson revenue by 30%. He was recognized for this accomplishment by being named the George Knudson Teacher of the Year at the 2021 PGA of Canada National Awards

Thank you for competing in the 2022 Pro Junior Championship at Wooden Sticks Golf Club in Uxbridge, Ontario on July 5, 2022. The weather wasn't perfect with periods of steady rain throughout the day but the excitement by the juniors, overshadowed the conditions.

On Friday morning, ORORO PGA Women’s Championship of Canada at Bromont co-leaders Sarah-Eve Rhéaume, a 22-year-old amateur from Quebec City, and Min-G Kim, an Epson Tour veteran with nearly $120,000 in career earnings, battled back-and-forth with hopes of lifting the Lorie Kane trophy and assuring themselves a spot in August’s CP Women’s Open.

The players in the final group on Thursday morning at Chateau Bromont demonstrated why they deserved to be there during the second round of the ORORO PGA Women’s Championship of Canada. Golf Canada National Amateur Squad member Sarah-Eve Rhéaume sustained her lead with a 1-under 72, while Epson Tour player Min-G Kim played her final two holes 3-under par to match Rhéaume atop the board
