80 amateurs from across the country who managed to claw their way through local and regional qualifiers are joined by 20 PGA of Canada Professionals, who comprise the 20 teams looking to claim the title of RBC PGA Scramble National Champions
Thank you to those that competed in the Head Pro/Assistant Pro Team Series at Whistle Bear Golf Club. We had a total of 45 teams compete in the event and for the third straight season, the team of Brad Kerfoot and Michael Moniz from Maple Downs Golf and Country Club came out on top carding 8-under 63 for the victory.
Maggie was the wife of 43-year PGA of Canada member Bob Beauchemin. Bob was the commissioner of the Canadian Tour (now PGA Tour Americas) from 1985 to 1997 and helped elevate the Tour from pro-am events to recognized full-field 72-hole events across Canada. He’s now the Head Teaching Professional at Oakdale Golf and CC.
